Question: Can I get an evaluation copy of your products?
Answer: Yes, you can apply for a 30-day evaluation license. This should give you an opportunity to see how good our software is. To apply for a 30-day evaluation license, either use our online form here, or e-mail licensing@snsys.com for details.
Question: When does the evaluation period start?
Answer: The evaluation period starts from the time you register your license on-line.
Question: How do I obtain the evaluation software?
Answer: We will send you download account details once you have been verified as an authorized game developer. These details allow you to download software from our customer support area at https://www.snsys.com/support/.
Question: Is the evaluation software limited in functionality?
Answer: No, the evaluation license allows you to use all the functionality of the software.
Question: Can I renew my evaluation license at the end of the 30-day period?
Answer: After the 30-day evaluation period has expired, you cannot get an additional evaluation license for the same PC, but you can of course purchase a full license.
Question: Are there any contracts or agreements involved?
Answer: Evaluations of SN Systems products fall under the terms of an SN Systems evaluation user license. These agreement terms are available here.

Question: How do I qualify for a discount?
Answer: We offer volume discounts on orders over 9 units for ProDG (all platforms) and other discounts for large orders. Please e-mail contact@snsys.com to request information on bulk orders.
Question: What are support fees?
Answer: Support fees are charged for software upgrades and telephone or e-mail technical support. The first year's support fee is included in the price of the full license. After one year, you will be charged a fee for continuing technical support.
Question: How do I get a quotation?
Answer: You can either fill in our online quotation form here or e-mail contact@snsys.com. We will issue a formal quotation for your required number of licenses.
Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: You can place an order using our on-line purchase order form at http://www.snsys.com/sales/po.asp, or e-mail a purchase order to contact@snsys.com, or fax it to +44 (0)117 929 9251.
Question: I'd like to place an order using the online order form, but I don't know what to put in the PO number field.
Answer: The PO number field is for your order reference. It is used as a reference for the invoice we send you to your company accounts department.
Question: How quickly will my order be fulfilled?
Answer: You will be sent your product user ID and download account details within 2 working days. If hardware is required, this will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order, unless otherwise specified.

Question: How do we pay for a full license?
Answer: You can pay by cheque or bank transfer. Once we have received your order, we will send you an invoice. Payment details are printed on the invoice.
