Question: |
Why do I have to run SNRegister on the same PC where I wish to install the software? |

Answer: |
The license file that is sent back to you has your PC's Physical address encrypted in it. This ensures that only one copy of the software can be used for every license purchased. |

| Question: |
What should I do if the license I want to use has previously been used by someone else on a different machine? |
Answer: |
Please run SNRegister on the machine that you want to use the software, but before you submit the auto-request to SN Systems you need to state that the license was originally assigned to [name of developer]. If you fail to do this, then there could be a delay as we always check that the original developer no longer needs the license. |

Either contact contact@snsys.com and purchase the support, or revert to an earlier version of the software (one released before your support contract expired). |
